There are two ways to install the plugin. Via WordPress Dashboard - navigate to the 'Add New' Plugin, select tipsy-social-icons.zip from your computer, upload and activate the plugin. Via FTP - extract tipsy-social-icons.zip to your computer, upload the tipsy-social-icons directory to your wp-content/plugins directory and activate the plugin via WordPress Plugins dashboard.
Once you have the plugin installed, open Widgets and drag and drop the widget to the sidebar. Than you will see long list of social network icons that you can add. If you leave empty field next to it, it won't be shown up in the sidebar.
